SHIPPING POLICY

We only accept orders for delivery to the country or countries that are identified during the Order Process.

Please note that we do not ship to certain addresses, such as military, certain restricted areas, pick-up points, or PO boxes. For further information, please for more information, please write to us.

If you order several products, we will ship the order only once all products are available (we can discussed).

DELIVERY POLICY

Please note:

  • The processing and delivery times of your order will be individual and are discussed in advance with each customer.
  • Delivery times are indicative and do not include customs clearance time, if necessary.
  • Delivery time is counted from the business day after shipment (does not include Holidays in the country of origin and destination);

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. ROM leather designer is not responsible for delays due to customs.

After placing your order on the website, you will receive an email with further information.

All details of execution and delivery are discussed with each customer individually. ROM Leather Designer will provide you all details during all the process of your order by email, so you can know the state of it and the delivery process of the same.

We can’t guarantee a successful delivery due to the hostilities in Ukraine and Russia, so we cannot deliver to these countries just yet. We hope that peace will soon be restored.

Shipping & Delivery

Each order has an individual delivery time, which is discussed beforehand.

Freight cost is calculated from the weight of the items if applicable. Else, the ROM Leather Designer offers fixed shipment rates depending on your location.

For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the "delivery" was made or that the order was delivered, upon signature of the person present at the agreed upon address.

Impossibility of Delivery

If the attempted delivery is not possible due to the fact that no one is found to be responsible for it, the carrier in question will contact for a new delivery attempt.

​Always confirm your home mailbox, as you may have a notification indicating that your order is for lifting at the nearest post office. If you can not be at the agreed place of delivery on the scheduled day, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to establish a new delivery date to masterrom3724@gmail.com

If the order is returned to ROM Leather Designer due to unsuccessful delivery due to absence at the address, failure to pick up, insufficient / incorrect address, among others - by a customer failure -, ROM Leather Designer is not responsible for re-shipping costs. These re-shipping rates on return items will be charged to the customer on a second shipping / delivery attempt.

Prices, taxes and shipping costs

Prices listed on the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs and other taxes unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for the custom and taxes charged on your shipment. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.

Product Availability

All items on our website are made to order. The website contains models for which you can place an order. The execution of the order is discussed individually.

Exchanges & Refunds

Please note:

Items made in a single copy shall not be returned and exchanged.

Possible challenges

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. By email to masterrom3724@gmail.com

Non-returnable items

Please note that, as indicated and confirmed at the time of purchase, as provided for in Portuguese law in art. 10 of DL nº 24/2014 of 14 February, commonly known as the right to regret, pieces made according to the consumer's instructions are not covered by it. In other words, we do not accept exchanges or returns of custom made-to-order products. Just as from the moment an order is placed and payment confirmation is made, you cannot cancel.

These cases are:

  • Products specially customized by the customer's request, from sizes, specific colors, leather, among other details requested by the customer that do not respect the original product description, and therefore become a unique piece of the customer, and as such, will not be subject exchanges, returns or cancellations;
  • Personalization of the name, initials or expressions in the piece.

​On the website you can only see samples that are not for sale. You can choose a model and we will manufacture your personalised item based on this model.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Return cases:

In the only case of returns, if the product was damaged in shipment, please email us first: masterrom3724@gmail.com and notify us of the shipping problem and damage during delivery.

In case of return, please return the item in its original packaging. It must also include all the elements found inside the order box + the corresponding invoice.

We advise you to return your order by registered mail. ROM Leather Designer is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

We do not reimburse the costs of shipping fees on return items, as well as in the case of returns in which the product has not yet been shipped, fees for reimbursement of the payment method you have chosen will be applied to the customer.
